A great workplace is not built in a day – and it is never built alone.
Satatuote has once again been awarded the Great Place To Work® certification, and this time both our Rauma and Czech factories carry the recognition. Employee satisfaction has continued to improve across multiple areas, reflecting years of consistent work on leadership, competence development and wellbeing.
The Great Place To Work® certification is a globally recognised mark of an excellent employee experience, a trust-based culture and a genuine commitment to building a workplace where people want to be. Employee wellbeing, engagement and listening to our people have long been an important part of our culture, supported by regular employee satisfaction surveys and continuous development. Our Great Place To Work® journey began in Rauma in 2020.

Two strengths stand out in this year’s results.
The first is an equal and safe environment – a workplace where skills are valued, ideas are welcomed and questions are encouraged. The second is values-driven leadership. Our values guide everyday choices and interactions, not just what is written on paper. In a low-hierarchy environment, everybody’s work makes a difference.
“Skilled, motivated and committed employees are our company’s most important asset. We invest in leadership, competence development, wellbeing at work and safety at work,” says Juho Marva, CEO of Satatuote.

For our customers, this matters too. A team that feels valued, supported and trusted is a team that delivers – consistently and with care. That is the foundation of the partnerships we build with our customers and the way we approach sustainability as a whole.
