Satatuote continues to strengthen its technical expertise with the appointment of Casper Kuusisto Dohn as Technology and Innovation Director. Casper joins the company on 17 August, bringing extensive international experience from Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry, where technology, quality and production operate under some of the world’s strictest requirements. His background spans production, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, technology implementation and quality-driven operations.
In his new role, Casper will lead the development of Satatuote’s technology strategy, support the introduction of new technologies and ensure that the company’s production equipment and technical solutions continue to evolve in line with future customer needs.
“At Satatuote, my role is to strengthen the technology strategy, introduce new technologies and make sure our equipment and solutions are technically up to date – both for our own production and for our customers.”
Casper believes that the best technical solutions are created through close collaboration with customers and a genuine understanding of how products are manufactured and used.
“I want to understand the products, the technologies and how customers use them. I like to go where things happen – where we produce the products and where they are used, rather than only staying in meeting rooms.”
With experience from one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, Casper also brings a strong quality mindset and a practical approach to technology development.
“One thing is to make a good product, but it also needs to be possible to produce it with good quality. Customers benefit from a technical partner who listens to both challenges and ideas, and wants to help solve them.”
For Casper, joining Satatuote also means moving from a large global organisation to a family-owned company where close collaboration and continuous development go hand in hand.
