Satatuote is implementing a planned leadership succession as part of its long-term development. As of May 1, 2026, Juho Marva, currently Business Development Director, has been appointed as the company’s new CEO. At the same time, Heikki Marva will transition from CEO to Chair of the Board. The transition is part of a planned leadership succession at the family-owned company, as the next generation takes on responsibility for operational leadership.
Juho has been responsible for sales and customer development at Satatuote and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s market position and long-term customer partnerships. He brings extensive international leadership experience, combined with strong business development and operational expertise. Throughout his career, Juho has demonstrated a proven track record in driving business growth and building scalable, customer-focused operations.
As CEO, he will lead the company’s overall operations and the execution of its strategy.
Heikki Marva will continue to support the company in his new role as Chair of the Board and will work closely with the leadership team during the transition.
In addition, Meeri Säily, has joined Satatuote as Business Development Manager as of April 7, 2026, ensuring seamless continuity in customer development and support. The transition strengthens the company’s long-term development and ensures continuity in serving customers and partners.
